I just wanted to give everyone a quick update on the status of the Slot Card Guide... I'm still busy merging Pat's cards with mine and I'm now about half way through that task. While I'm merging everything I've been rechecking every entry in the existing guide with the cards I now have, adding notes to help clarify certain areas, adding in missing cards I'm finding, plus adding input I've received from other collectors. Pat had already reorganized a few areas and I'm working on a few other sections where it makes sense. Additionally, I've had a collector in Australia volunteer to help update the Australian and New Zealand sections so I'm looking forward to seeing the expanded information. I'm not planning on changing the format or pricing information, just getting it as up to date as I can at this time. I just don't want to make too many changes at one time while I'm getting up to speed with all this.

Any input being submitted is greatly appreciated and please keep the info coming. If I can't get to it right away I will file the information and get to it as soon as I can. My ultimate goal would be to issue a new release of the guide when I've completed the merge of the collections and get caught up on all the info I've had coming in. I would guess I might be able to do that sometime around the end of the year at the rate I'm going. No promises but I will let everyone know when I think I'm getting close to a point where it makes sense. The final process of going to print will be another learning experience so I'm not sure how long that's going to take at this point.
