New Players Cards Club Hawthorne at the Hawthorne Race Course in Stickney, IL in 4 levels. A casino is now under construction at the race course with a 2023 estimated completion time. The race course was previously not listed on the ChipGuide but it is now added and all the known player cards are now listed there also.
