At our meetings, we have trading and selling of Casino Memorabilia which starts at 6PM and resumes following the meeting. You are invited to both the meeting and trading sessions.
Early Bird Auction
At our meeting, the Early Bird Auction begins at 6:45 pm followed by our speaker and then the club meeting.
Club Auction You can see the list of items and scans in this message below. Due to a change in our Club Officers, there will be no proxy bids for the December meeting. Proxy bids will be allowed and resume for our January meeting. Please contact Club President Jerry Vergatos at vergatos@msn.com for further information. We will also accept at any time any consignment items you may wish to sell at our future auctions. Any form of Casino Memorabilia is welcome. The Club takes a 20% seller’s fee unless you opt to donate all proceeds to the Club. Any consignment lots should also be sent to Jerry Vergatos please contact me for mailing instructions at vergatos.msn.com
Speaker
This Month’s speaker is Oscar Lappalainen. Oscar is a member of the Southern Nevada Casino Collectors Club and an avid contributor on Facebook. He has studied at UNLV and is a Las Vegas resident. Oscar researches many areas of casino and gaming history with a passion that many others do not have. He is employed at Spinetti’s Gaming Supply and comes into contact with many collectors. He is a self-taught individual having learned many things from dealing with his customers. He has made many interesting videos as well as the history of many casinos His presentation is sure to enlighten you on his newest interest. Concerning YouTube and other social media outlets.
Raffle 50/50
There will be a 50/50 raffle for cash and/or prizes which is quite fun! We have some great prizes that have been donated by our membership as well as from local vendors.
All are welcome to join us for the meeting there is no obligation to join. Come meet our fellow members in a friendly, fun atmosphere.
Our meetings are short, which gives you lots of time to socialize and gain knowledge about whatever interests you with casino memorabilia.
