The 13th issue card from the Fremont Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is the Players Gold card with the 634-6182 Reservations phone number and with all white edges of the card. The front of the card has a background pattern of casino names - California, Fremont and Main Street Station in brown and plainly visible.

I just discovered a similar card but with the front casino name pattern in gold on the gold background such that it's barely visible. Appears to have possibly been a manufacturing error when the card was produced.
