I just discovered a bronze level Players Club card from Bullwhackers Casino in Central City, CO that was not listed in the guides. It has a navy reverse BUT the text is aligned at the left with an uneven right margin. All the cards originally listed in the guides had uneven margins on both the left and right on the back.
