We had a thin plastic Swipte 2 Win $100,000 Cash! contest card listed under the Wild Wild West Casino in Las Vegas, NV but I just discovered there are 2 versions of that card plus a similar Swipe To Win Cash and Prizes card.

The original card only had a serial# and the "Insert Card" text on the reverse. The new found variation adds a line of text on the back that asks to "Please Recycle in Container When Finished"
