Writing this update has been an exceedingly difficult task, as it has begun a process of unraveling all the hard work our Convention Chairpersons have been preparing for since our 2019 Convention concluded. There have been many questions asked, and this notice should help in answering all of them.
Convention Table Payments All existing payments made will be held as a credit for next year's (2021) Convention. This will protect you from any possible increase in fees in 2021, which you will not be charged. If this is not acceptable, then you will need to contact Steve Palumbo at firstname.lastname@example.org to make other arrangements.
Bruce Landau Memorial Auction All consignment items, in possession of the Club, will be held for next year's auction (2021). All donated items will also be kept for next year's auction, with the appropriate acknowledgment of the donor. Raffle There are two options: 1. A refund on your tickets. 2. Retain purchased tickets for the 2021 Raffle. Those who purchased tickets and wish to hold on to them for the 2021 Convention, will receive an extra ticket(s) for the 2021 raffle. They would receive one extra ticket for every $25 purchase. Pre-Registration Your Pre-Registration payments have been rolled over to the 2021 Convention. You will be automatically Pre-Registered. If you wish to have your money refunded please contact George D at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Convention Advertising All fees paid for the Convention Program are fully refundable or may be carried over to next year. For details please contact Nate Pincus at email@example.com.
South Point, Room Block, Hotel Reservations If you made your hotel reservation with South Point using our Event Code you should have already received an e-mail Cancellation Notice, with a full refund. If you did not use the Club's Event Code, you will have to notify the hotel directly and cancel your reservation. You can contact the South Point, on their reservation line, at 866-791-7626.

OTY Awards Will be given out this year, for 2019, with the winners to be announced on Wednesday, June 17, 2020. For further details contact Trey Warren at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Robert “Bob” Mera, Recruiter of the Year Award Will also be given to the Club member who has recruited the most, new members, in 2019. Winner will be announced on Wednesday, June 17, 2020.
CCA President's Award Awarded to the individual(s) who have demonstrated the greatest achievements for the betterment of the Club, will be announced with all the other Awards on Wednesday, June 17, 2020.
Greg Susong Award The recipient will be announced on Wednesday, June 17, 2020. Voting is currently, in-progress, through May 15, 2020.
Janice O’Neal, Book of the Year Award Presented for the best book written by a CCA member during 2019, will be awarded on Wednesday, June 17, 2020.
Harvey J. Fuller, Article of the Year Award The Award, which is presented to the Club member submitting a highly regarded article to the Club Magazine, will be announced on Wednesday, June 17, 2020.
MoGH Chairman’s Award This Award goes to a CCA Club member, as selected by the Chairman of the Museum of Gaming History, who has demonstrated excellent service in the betterment of The MoGH.
Casino Collectibles Association, Hall of Fame Inductee(s) Results will be announced on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 by Hall of Fame Chairman, Mark Lighterman.
