I just discovered a variation of the 2nd issue card currently listed under Riverwind Casino in Norman, OK with the reverse text 65mm wide and the last line of the paragraph starts with "older to..." -BUT- this particular card has an "02" over the mag stripe, otherwise it's identical to the current 2nd issue card.
