I just discovered what I believe should be a new 1st issue card from the Nevada Landing Casino in Jean, NV. Similar to the other grey Lucky Landing Club cards already listed BUT this card has raised printing with a white reverse (other grey cards have a grey back), plus there's a PPC logo with PPC text on 2 lines along with PATENT PENDING. All issue numbers are bumped up in the guides to make room for the new 1st issue.
