There's a special issue Eldorado Gold Card with a white border that has the Reno National Bowling Stadium Logo on the back that came as part of a plastic sheet targeted at bowlers back in 1995. Now I've found another card that has the SAME FRONT but does not have the bowling stadium logo or text on the back, it's more of a standard slot card but has edges that appears that the card was part of a larger sheet like the bowling card.
