Just found 3 more cards from the Monarch Casino in Black Hawk, CO that were not in the guide. First is a Royal Diamond level 2nd issue with PG over the mag stripe and 7 lines of text in the reverse paragraph. Then Preferred and Gold Elite levels from 3rd issue tieh PG over the mag stripe and 8 lines of text in the reverse paragraph. We only had the base level Monarch Rewards card listed in both of these issues previously.
