Just found a mustard Rail Pass Club - Gold Star and a grey Rail Pass Club - Platinum Pioneer card to go with the blue base level card in the 7th issue listed for the Colorado Central Station Casino in Black Hawk, CO that were previously not listed in the guides.

Plus I found a Gold Star card with EXP 06/30/07, and two Platinum Pioneer 6th issue cards with EXP 06/30/07 and 01/31/08 printed by the card manufacturer that I've added to the guides as well.

Check the ending of the last line of text on the backs of both issues to see the differences.
