We previously had 2 issues listed of The Gold Club card from Century Casino in Cripple Creek, CO but only a 1st issue Platinum card until now. Here's the Platinum Club 2nd issue to complete the listings. On the 1st issue cards "Cripple Creek" in the front logo is 17mm wide. On the 2nd issue cards it's larger, 24mm on the gold and 27mm wide on the platinum.
