Newly reported is a different variation of the currently listed 6th issue card from the Coeur D'Alene Casino in Worley, ID with the casino exterior on the card. On the currently listed card, the third line of text in the reverse text paragraph starts with "Resort Hotel..." while on this newly reported card it starts with "upon request..."
