Appears there are two variations of the 2nd issue card from the Silver Wolf Casino in Wolf Point, MT that have "Northeast Montana's Premiere Gaming Est." on the front. The originally listed card has a box around the signature strip on the back while this new found version doesn't. Note that the backs are actually upside down on the cards.
