Just found these two black Live! cards from the Maryland Live! Casino in Hanover, MD that were previously not listed in the guides. First is a 4th issue when they went from the oval logo on the back to an all text logo and than a 5th issue when the reverse logo was moved to the center and said "Live! Casino Hotel Maryland"
