We had a few Superstar Club cards listed in the guide from the Resorts Casino in Atlantic City, NJ but here's another version that was not previously listed in the guides. This one is a plain grey card with a black logo and border, plus it has phone numbers on the bottom line on the reverse. The back is identical to the gold card that was previously listed. The other silver Superstar Club card had a red logo and border with NO phone numbers on the back so was probably the earlier card.
