Recent Circus Circus Casino Las Vegas, NV cards had various manufacturer numbers while the latest card has none. It's similar to the earlier 4th issue but the reverse text on the 4th issue card is approximately 20mm top to bottom. The reverse text on this new found card is slightly smaller being only 19mm top to bottom.
