I managed to talk with one of the higher managers at Railroad Pass and found out they have a DIAMOND level card that is actually an engraved metal plate that is custom ordered for each player that reaches that level. Unfortunately no samples were available to get a picture but he promised to try and get me a picture whenever they order another one. The base level card is unchanged and the current gold Prestige Elite card was actually a much older issue with PPC on the back. But they are using a new grey Prestige card that has P852680-1 on the back and here's a scan of that new card.
