I just found there are two variations of the 16th issue Destination Casino Club Elite and Ultra cards from the Resorts Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. These cards have 5 casino logos across the bottom of the back. One set has no manufacturer number and the other has PG. Rather than renumbering issues, I created 16a and 16b issues to make it easier to document them. It only seems to be the Elite and Ultra levels from what I've found so far. The red Classic card only seems to be with the PG and 5 casino logos.
