After finding a few more of the Blackjack Tournament cards from the Thunderbird Casino in Oklahoma, I've found they appear to be in different sizes, having found at least 3 different size cards already. Some have a player# while others say "VIP". Label stuck on the back with terms and conditions can be found right side up and upside down. Some cards are laminated while others are bare thin plastic cards. Rather than trying to list the different sizes I've already found I just added a note in the guides about the different sizes for now.
