Turns out there were two versions of the newer Coyote Club Ruby level card from the Coyote Valley Casino in Redwood Valley, VA. This card has the same reverse as the 9th issue card before the level was added on the front but this card does have a faint RUBY in the top left corner on the front like the newer cards. This card still has the Coyote Valley Casino logo on the back while the newer Ruby cards just have Coyote Valley.
