There are several variations of each of the 5 basic original design cards from the Northern Star casinos in Northern Nevada before they switched to the newer Player's Choice Rewards Club Card. Previously we only had one card listed with insert arrows and the smaller 25mm tall logo - the card with the american flag - but here's the balloon races card with insert arrows and smaller logo to add to the list.
