Here's a new set of cards reported from the Casino Nova Scotia in Sydney, NS Canada. They have the exact same front as the last set of cards listed from the Casino Nova Scotia in Halifax but the backs on these cards specifically list the Sydney phone number. The Halifax cards only have the Halifax phone# on the back.

While added these new cards it was discovered that the two Casino Nova Scotia properties originally shared cards for some time and then eventually got their own unique cards. The shared cards have the phone numbers for both locations listed. The later unique property cards have only one phone number listed for one specific location. As such, the cards were reorganized in the guides to get them listed correctly. Plus it was discovered that the originally listed 5th issue should have really been the 1st issue card since it only had barcodes on the back and no magnetic stripes. The player numbers on those cards were much earlier than the cards with magnetic stripes. And the original 4th issue card could never be verified so it was removed when everything was reorganized. The changes will show in the next release of the Slot Card Guide and should be live on the ChipGuide tomorrow.
