Very similar to 6th issue card but the 6th issue card had colored bands above and below the reverse mag stripe that matched the front level color and the reverse text paragraph was 73mm wide. This card doesn't have the colored bands around the mag stripe and the reverse text paragraph is only 72mm wide.
