Looks like I discovered another variation of the 3rd issue Gold Strike Players Club from the Gold River Casino in Anadarko, OK. On the originally listed card the Lenape Lunge & Grill logo in the bottom right corner on the front is 20mm wide while it's only 19mm wide on the new found variation. Original card was pure black while this card has a brown tinge to it. Plus there's a very subtle difference in the reverse text positioning.
