Original cards from the 4 Play at the Brewery in Las Vegas, NV had a single logo and address on the reverse. These newer cards now have two logos and addresses on the reverse after their second location opened on Eastern Ave. Only the Jacks and Queens cards have been reported with the new reverse, no signs of the Kings or Aces cards yet.
