Here's an Island View Insider Plus and Ultimate card both copyright 2014 with Valid through July 7 2016 plus an Ultimate copyright 2014 with Valid through Jan 7 2017. Both were not previously listed in the guides.

Note that the first issues of this card design back in 2014 had the valid through dates printed by the card manufacturer since they appeared on blank cards plus on some cards the valid dates were a different color from the player info. On the later cards I have not been able to see any blank cards or different color printings to validate whether the dates are still printed by the card manufacturer or by the casino. If anyone frequents Island View and can help confirm whether or not the casino prints those dates it would GREATLY be appreciated. If they are in fact printed by the casino then we can simplify the listings by just listing the different copyright date issues. For now, all the different Valid Through dates are listed.
