Here's 5 new Affinity APlay cards added to the guides from St. Jo Frontier Casino in St. Joseph, MO.

The first two cards have the early APlay designs with P# manufacturer numbers on the back and the casino address was added over the previous issue. These are a newly found issue that was not previously listed.

The last 3 cards are the newer Affinity APlay cards but the reverse logo is now centered where is was toward the left on the previous issues. We previously had the red Heart card listed in this last design but not the higher level cards. All cards specifically list St. Jo Frontier on the back.
