Here's some recently discovered info on the two Red Carpet Player cards from the Sands Casino in Atlantic City, NJ after I finally found the missing version. Turns out there is a difference in the reverse logo on the two cards besides the raised printing vs normal printing (which can be hard to distinguish).

On the card with raised printing the line under the reverse logo "Hotel, Casino & Country Club / Atlantic City" is in WHITE text while on the plain printing card that text is in RED text.
