Pawnee Nation became Stone Wolf Casino that used it's own card for several years and then Pawnee Nation went to a common card used at Stone Wolf, Teepee and Trading Post casinos. The original Four Star Players Club card had P702755 on the back but here's two more later cards with P734379 and P762938 on the back.
