Here's a 2014 copyright The Owners Club Companion level My Choice card from Pinnacle Entertainment that was not previously listed in the guides. We only had The Owners Club and not the Companion card listed.

Note that only the My Choice cards with scans submitted are being listed in the guides, we're not assuming every level existed or was printed with each copyright year or card design. That way a card doesn't get listed in the guides that might never have existed. If you do see something we don't have listed, by all means please submit scans so we can get it added.
