Here's a paper Easy Money introductory card from the Sands Casino in Las Vegas, NV that has the same logo as the 2nd issue slot card and the text on the back is the same as the currently listed PC1 brown paper card but this card is grey and adds the EXP DATE in a box on the lower left of the front. This particular card is dated 1988 so it fits around the PC1 issue.
