Here's a previously unlisted TROP Advantage Green Rewards cards from the Montbleu Casino in Lake Tahoe, NV with C-50683A on the bottom right of the reverse. Seems to logically fall between the original 3rd and 4th issue cards so the 4th and 5th issues weill be renumbered.
