There was a news article earlier this week that details an agreement whereby Penn National Gaming is going to acquire Pinnacle Entertainment. Here's a link to the actual article:

Pinnacle has 16 facilities in 11 jurisdictions and will grow to 41 properties over 20 jurisdictions throughout North America. As part of the deal, 4 properties will be sold to Boyd Gaming. The combined company will have approximately 53,500 slots, 1,300 tables and 8,300 hotel rooms. Supposedly the customer loyalty programs will be combined!

The 4 properties being sold to Boyd include Ameristar Kansas City, Ameristar St. Charles, Belterra Casino in Indiana and Belterra Park in Ohio.
