There's an orange/red Coast Resorts Turf Club card with a picture of a horse and PPC over the mag stripe. Then there is a similar Coast Casinos Turf Club where the PPC text over the mag stripe is 30mm wide and the card lists The Orleans, Gold Coast, Barbary Coast and Suncoast Race Books

Following those, there is another Coast Casinos Turf Club with a smaller PPC text that is 25mm wide and the casinos now include the Suncoast that was added.

But I just found 2 more variations of the card with the smaller PPC that now includes a Boyd Gaming logo at the bottom right on the reverse. The first card lists The Orleans, Gold Coast and Suncoast Race Books while the second lists The Orleans, Gold Coast, Suncoast and Sam’s Town Race Books
