I have previously posted that I had only seen the gold cards. While that is still true in respect of cards actually seen in play, my local casino has issued a pamphlet that shows the 4 levels that are now available and these are shown below.

Hopefully I will be able to pick up some of the cards - my local casino would not let me have a blank card!
