The first had an 800.693.ROCK phone number on the back and and second had an 800.924.9782 phone number. Well I just found a different variation of the first card with the 800.693.ROCK phone number. The original card had a metallic insert edge and record while this new found card has a plain black insert edge and record plus the word VINYL is plain silver and not metallic. This is just like the front of the card with the 800.924.9782 phone number with with the 800.692.ROCK number so it probably was between the 2 previously listed cards.
