We previously had a black Optimum+ level copyright 2013 with no manufacturer mark listed in the guides from Caisn Pauma in Calif and a purple Classic level with a PG mark. Here's a black Optiumu+ with the PG mark and copyright 2013 that was just reported. If anyone sees any other levels with PG please submit scans for the ChipGuide. Plus we're still missing scans of most of the previous issue cards.
