Three Rivers Casino in Florence and Coos Bay OR had changed the reverse on their yellow base level Players Club card some time ago where the phone number was in the bottom line of the reverse logo instead of listing locations but the red Players Club card was still the previous issue for some time. Looks like they finally got red Players Club cards with the same reverse.
