We've only had the base level blue Club Z Casino slot cards listed for the Z Casino in Black Hawk, CO in the guides but higher levels did exist. We finally got scans submitted and these appear to have the slightly larger reverse logo (20mm wide) like the listed 1st issue blue card. There is also another blue Club card with a 19mm wide reverse logo.
