Just found there are two variations of the 5th issue yellow Players Card from Stratosphere, the card WITHOUT "Permanent Slot Card". One card has BLACK text on the back that is very sharp and clear while the second variation has BLUE text on the back that is blurry.

Here's a scan of a card with the black text so it's clear which card I'm talking about. When you have the two variations side by side the difference is pretty clear.
