This is the generic MGM card used at all properties and not just Borgata. This particular card is confusing since it has THE SAME MANUFACTURER number as on the 26a issue Noir level card that has the bottom four lines of text NOT indented and has a different list of properties while this card has the bottom four lines indented. This is the first time the same manufacturer number has been used on two different issue slot cards from MGM.

Also note that this NOIR card DOES NOT have the Borgata location added at the bottom, it is NOT the latest issue MGM card but it is a new addition to the guides.
