Appears the Max Casinos in Las Vegas and Carson City are both now using the same Max Rewards card with no location indicated on the cards. The Las Vegas location had a unique card with "Las Vegas" in the bottom right corner but the latest cards are the same generic card like that used at Carson City with no location indicated.
