Previously there were two variations of the Gold level 11th issue Player's Card from Thunder Valley Casino in Lemoore, CA copyright 2016. All of the levels had the word "Rules" capitalized at the start of the last line in the paragraph on the reverse. The additional Gold level had the word "rules" NOT capitalized but only the Gold level was known with that variation. I just discovered the Platinum and President levels with the lower case "rules" so they've been added to the guides and I've split the two variations into 11a and 11b issues to make things easier to document. The base red Preferred level has not been found with the lower case "rules" so if anyone has one please submit scans so we can get it added.
