Turns out the 5th issue Gold Club cards (gold and white) from Catfish Bend Casino in IA have the expiration dates printed by the card manufacturer, they actually appear on blank cards. So I listed all the separate expiration dates I know about in the guides and added scans on the ChipGuide. Previously there was just one listing for each card with a note about the different dates. This way the known dates will be documented. The ChipGuide changes should go live tomorrow. If you see any other dates that are not listed let me know and send or submit scans so I can get the additional cards listed.
