Shorelines Casinos in Ontario Canada are switching over to the new Axis Rewards cards in blue, silver and gold. The cards are the same basic design, just different colors. We only have scans of the base level blue card so far so if anyone comes across the higher level cards we'd appreciate scans for the ChipGuide.
