Latest slot card from the Casino at Ocean Downs in Berlin, MD has the same design but the reverse text was moved right about 2mm to allow the punch hole to be moved up. The first issue cards have the text 8mm from the left edge while the reverse text is 10mm from the left edge of the card on the later cards.
