There appear to be two different variations of the One Club slot cards from Eldorado Resorts used at the Eldorado Reno, Silver Legacy, Circus Circus Reno, Eldorado Shreveport, Eldorado Scioto Downs, Presque Isle Downs and Mountaineer Casino. The 1st issue cards had 877-672-4686 as the phone number for Eldorado Scioto Downs while the 2nd issue cards have 614-295-4700. So far on the Bronze and Silver levels have been reported for the 1st issue while all 5 levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, President and Chairman) have been reported for the 2nd issue.
