Appears the Red Mile harness racing track in Lexington, KY has added slot machines over the past few years and has a Red Mile Rewards card that no one has reported or submitted scans. The card is briefly shown on their website but it's pretty card to find info.

There is an older gold Red Carpet Club card that was listed in the Slot Card Guide but that was probably used for track betting before the slot cards were added.
